Crownfelaro Terms and Conditions

Introduction and Acceptance

Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or booking an event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. These terms apply to all contracts between Crownfelaro and the client, including any written proposal, email confirmation, or signed agreement.

Definitions

  • Crownfelaro, we, us, our refers to Crownfelaro Bespoke Events & Casino, 12 King Street, Manchester, M2 6AW, United Kingdom.
  • Client, you, your refers to the individual or entity engaging our services.
  • Services refers to event planning, management, and casino table experiences provided by Crownfelaro.
  • Event refers to the specific function or gathering for which services are booked.

Services and Booking

Service Scope

Crownfelaro provides bespoke event planning and authentic casino table experiences for corporate functions, private parties, and charity events. Our services include venue styling, event management, and provision of professional casino tables and dealers. All gaming table activities are for entertainment purposes only. No real money is wagered, and no cash prizes are awarded.

Booking Process

  1. Submit a request via the Plan Your Event page or contact us directly at [email protected] or +44 161 834 2917.
  2. Receive a detailed proposal including event specifics and pricing.
  3. Sign the agreement and pay the required deposit to secure the date.
  4. Communicate any changes to the event details in writing.

Pricing and Payment

Fees and Deposits

All pricing is provided in the event proposal and is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total event cost is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event date. Additional services requested after booking will be invoiced separately.

Payment Methods

We accept bank transfer and major credit/debit cards. All payments must be made in GBP (£). Late payments may incur a 5% late fee per week.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation by Client

If you need to cancel your event, written notice must be provided to Crownfelaro. Cancellation charges are calculated from the date we receive your written notice.

  • More than 60 days before the event: deposit retained, no further charges.
  • 30 to 60 days before the event: 50% of total cost due.
  • Less than 30 days before the event: 100% of total cost due.

Rescheduling

Events may be rescheduled once without penalty if notice is given at least 30 days in advance, subject to availability. A rescheduling fee of £250 may apply. The new date must be within 6 months of the original date.

Cancellation by Crownfelaro

Crownfelaro reserves the right to cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, including force majeure. In such cases, all payments made will be refunded in full. Crownfelaro is not liable for any consequential losses.

No Gambling Policy

Entertainment Only

All gaming table experiences provided by Crownfelaro are strictly for entertainment purposes. No real money is wagered, no cash prizes are awarded, and no online gambling is offered. Guests receive complimentary chips for play. No exchange of chips for cash or prizes is permitted. Crownfelaro complies with all applicable UK laws regarding gambling and entertainment.

Client Responsibilities and Conduct

Client Obligations

Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, ensuring venue suitability, and managing guest conduct. Clients must obtain any necessary permits or licences for their event. Guests must not engage in any illegal activities. Crownfelaro staff must be treated respectfully at all times.

Liability and Indemnity

Limitation of Liability

Crownfelaro's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total fees paid by the client for the specific event. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are not responsible for loss or damage to client property unless caused by our negligence.

Indemnification

The client agrees to indemnify and hold Crownfelaro harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the client's breach of these terms or negligent acts.

Intellectual Property and Governing Law

Intellectual Property

All content on the Crownfelaro website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Crownfelaro and protected by copyright laws. Clients may not reproduce or use any content without prior written consent.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
